The Senate State Affairs Committee will be hearing Senate Bill 7 by Senator Middleton, the Senate’s “Bathroom Bill” for the special session. This legislation would force transgender Texans into an impossible situation where they would not be able to use restrooms that correspond to how they live their lives and move through the world – endangering their safety.
