While many of us here at Equality Texas were able to make it through the storms safely, a large number of our LGBTQ friends and families, including staff, board members, and volunteers, are still living through the disastrous and devastating weather events along the Texas coast. For today’s #TransTuesday, we’ve pulled together several pictures of Houstonians dedicated to fairness and equality, many of whom have fought alongside the LGBTQ community. Equality Texas would like to encourage our supporters to share this post with the hashtags #TransVisible, #TexasStrong and #HoustonStrong, and do what they can to help our fellow Texans.
